It is now official - since there has not been any apps, two student apps per person will be granted. However, the characters you enroll with must have different genders. For example, if I had a female character and I wanted to make another student app, I can make another character - however, said character cannot be female. I ask you, I beg you to make another character, or spread the word, or then the rpg will not start and will be scrapped.
